Customers book, reschedule, cancel and get answers themselves — on a link you can put in a Google listing or an Instagram bio, or as a chat bubble on your own site.

White label

It looks like your business, not like us.

Blooq is designed to disappear behind your brand. Your logo and name lead every screen; ours is a line of small text you can turn off.

Any business that booksSalons, clinics, studios, tutors, trades, consultants — anything where a customer needs a time in your day.
Your colourOne brand colour restyles the whole assistant, and the text on it is worked out so it stays readable.
Your addressA subdomain of your own, live the moment you confirm your email.
Yours to runEvery price, hour, answer and switch is a form in your dashboard. Nothing waits on us.
Who it is for

Whatever you do, it starts knowing your trade.

24 industries

Pick yours when you sign up and your FAQ screen is waiting with ten draft answers written in its language — hidden from customers until you have read each one and switched it on. Not on the list? Pick “Something else”; everything else works the same.

Every line above is one of the same five things Blooq does for everyone — your service list, a booking, an enquiry, an answer, and a phone call. Only the words around them change with the trade.

For your customers

Everything they used to phone you about.

6 total

One conversation, in plain language, with large type and touch targets sized for people who are not comfortable with apps.

Book an appointment

Pick a service, leave a name and number, choose a day and a time. Only real openings are shown — availability comes from your hours, not a guess.

In the app and the widget

Change or cancel

A booking ID plus mobile is all it takes. A reschedule moves the existing booking, so the ID the customer already has stays valid.

In the app and the widget

Ask a question

Answers come from the FAQs you wrote, returned word for word. The model only picks which of your answers fits — it never writes prose to a customer.

In the app and the widget

Send an enquiry

Anything that is not a booking becomes a message in your dashboard, with the category and contact details already attached.

In the app and the widget

Urgent help

One screen, with the number to call first. No questions and no triage — deliberately, because assessing a situation is not something software should do here.

In the app and the widget

Keep the details

A calendar file to download and an email receipt with the same invite attached, for the confirmation, the reschedule and the cancellation.

Two ways in

A link to share, or a bubble on your site.

The same assistant either way. Whatever you change in the dashboard shows up in both immediately.

Your own app

A page at your own address that customers can add to their home screen and open like an app — no store, no download. It carries proper preview cards, so the link looks right when it is pasted into WhatsApp or Instagram.

  • Installable, with your logo as the icon
  • First screen rendered on the server — no blank wait on a slow connection
  • Goes straight in a Google Business Profile

Embedded on your website

One script tag. It adds a chat button in the corner and nothing else — no stylesheet on your page, no clash with your theme, and it cannot be broken by your site’s CSS.

For you

A dashboard that runs the day.

8 screens

Everything the assistant says and does comes from these screens. No tickets to raise, no waiting on us to change a price.

Today

The day’s schedule, what is coming up, and open enquiries. Mark a booking completed, a no-show, or cancel — all from the list.

Bookings

Search every booking you have ever taken by ID, name or mobile. Filter by status and by when.

Availability

Weekly opening hours, slot length, and one-off closures for a holiday or a day out. Slots are generated from this.

Open and closed

One switch stops new bookings without touching the ones you already have. Nothing already booked is ever silently voided.

Services and prices

Add, rename, reprice, reorder, or hide a service without taking anything down. Prices show to the customer as they choose.

FAQs

Write the answers customers get. Grouped by category, and the only text the assistant is ever allowed to send.

Business profile

Logo, name, tagline, address, phone, brand colour and the assistant’s own name.

Analytics

Bookings over time, no-show rate, busiest slots, and the hours on the phone the assistant has taken off your hands.

Getting started

Set it up yourself. Nobody has to visit.

There is no sales call and no onboarding appointment. You sign up, your app exists, and you take as long as you like deciding whether it earns its place.

Create your accountYour business name, the address you want, and an email. About a minute.
Make it yoursAdd your logo, your services and prices, your opening hours and your own FAQ answers.

Built for Indian businesses

Careful about the things that matter.

Customer data, handled properly

What a customer is asked is a fixed list rather than free text, so nothing is stored that does not need to be. Consent is versioned against every record that holds a mobile number, and the audit log is append-only — you can always reconstruct what happened.

It never makes anything up

The assistant only ever returns an answer you wrote. It does not compose prose, give advice, or guess at something you have not told it. That boundary is structural, not a setting someone can switch off.

Public, but not open

Booking and enquiry are the only unauthenticated writes, and both sit behind a bot check and a rate limit. The embed runs on its own hostname, so it can never reach your dashboard session.

Your clock, not the server’s

Every day, slot and closure is worked out in your own timezone. A dashboard opened just after midnight shows today, and a customer booking from abroad still sees your hours.

Give your business its own app.

Free to start, no card, and you can take a real booking on day one. Behind the second button is a live business on a real database — book something, then change your mind and cancel it.
